1st Latina Supreme Court Justice

Sonia Sotomayor was born in the South Bronx area of New York City on June 25, 1954.Her parents were Puerto Rican immigrants. Her mother was a nurse at methadone clinic and her father was a tool-and-die worker who died when Sotomayor was only nine years. After her father death Sotomayor mother worked hard to raise the children as a single parent. Sotomayor graduated from Cardinal Spellman High School in the Bronx in 1972 and entered the ivy-league Princeton University. And now she is a U.S. Supreme Court judge.
I admire Sonia Sotomayor because now that I now she became a judge I now I can become something big now.
